Packing

We pack all items with great care, not only to protect the sometimes fragile pieces that we post but also to protect the environment. We use eco-friendly packaging materials and encourage you to reuse them, if you have a use and otherwise to recycle or compost them.

Shipping

We endeavour to ship all purchases as soon as possible and typically within 2 to 3 working days but if you require an item urgently please contact us.

Commissioned pieces are made to order and will be subject to the artist’s individual lead time which will be discussed with you prior to ordering. Typically, this will be 2 to 3 weeks.

UK Postage

We currently use Royal Mail for all deliveries but this is subject to change.

  • We offer free delivery for cremation urns and higher value pieces or collection.

  • We charge a flat fee of £5 to cover postage and packing of unframed artists prints and original works up to A3 size.

  • We charge a flat rate of £2 to cover the postage and packing of cards (ie. the first card is charged and subsequent cards in the same order are free of delivery charge)

We ask that you check the accuracy of your delivery address and include the name of the recipient, as we can’t accept responsibility for delivery to the wrong address or wrong person where inaccurate or incomplete information has been provided. If your item has not arrived within 10 days after shipping, please contact us.

International Orders

We do not currently accept orders from outside of the UK but we’re working on it and hope to be able to in the near future. Contact us for more details.

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase from dyingarts. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or has a fault, please take a photo and contact us in writing within 14 days, so that we can arrange a replacement or refund. Similarly, if you are not happy with your online purchase for another reason, contact us in writing, within 14 days of receiving the goods to request a return/refund.

Having contacted us, you must return any items as soon as possible but please note that we will only accept the return of items that are unused and in their original condition. Your right to cancel does not apply to customised, bespoke, commissions or personalised items.
